Avantguard Staff Satisfaction Survey 2021The Results
In May 2021 we sent out a Staff Feedback Survey to all of our team. The survey contained 12 statements about working for Avantguard, with multiple choice responses ranging from STRONGLY AGREE, through to STRONGLY DISAGREE.
The results have been collated below and we're pleased to see that on the whole, our team are happy working with us and have the information and equipment they need to do the job.
We gave everyone the opportunity to provide open feedback and have had some interesting and constructive suggestions. We will be sending out a letter to everyone with some general feedback on the results and where possible, we will provide some individual feedback to those who provided their name along with their suggestions.
