From the minute we receive the alarm call until we have finished and locked your front door, everything is recorded via various devices and control room functions. You get detailed reports sent to your email address, as do any other member of your business team who need to be aware of incidents within your business.

Our clients trust us with the keys to their buildings and we really appreciate how important that is so we take really good care of them. All of our keys are secured and audited in accordance with BS7984 - but what does that really mean?
  • Keys are stored on tamper evident tags and in tamper evident pouches so we always know when your keys have been accessed.
  • Keys are only labelled with a site number (no names or addresses), so should they fall into the wrong hands, they won't be linked to your building.
  • Keys are regularly audited, with each tamper evident seal being barcoded, serially numbered and recorded on our GuardTools database.
  • Keys are either always carried by our officers, or are stored in a specially designed safe which is bolted into the main body of our security vans.
