Avantguard Staff Satisfaction Survey 2023The Results
In August 2023 we sent out a Staff Feedback Survey to all of our team. The survey contained 12 statements about working for Avantguard, with multiple choice responses ranging from STRONGLY AGREE, through to STRONGLY DISAGREE.
We had a really good return rate of 49% and the results have now been collated below. We're pleased to see that on the whole, our team are happy working with us and have the information and equipment they need to do the job. It is very pleasing to see that 100% of you agree that you would recommend working for Avantguard, with over 70% strongly agreeing to this statement.
We gave everyone the opportunity to provide open feedback and have had some interesting and constructive suggestions which we are looking into.
We will be providing individual feedback to those who gave specific suggestions and for everyone else, we very much appreciate your lovely and positive comments.
